Pritchard Industries is seeking a skilled and dedicated Building Engineer Helper to join our team. The Building Engineer Helper - Painter will be responsible for supports building operations under the supervision of stationary engineers. Assist building engineers with painting projects, touchups and other tasks as instructed.

Responsibilities

• Supports building operations under the supervision of stationary engineers.
• Assist building engineers with painting projects, touchups and other tasks as instructed. 
• Responding to building service requests and supporting day to day operations to ensure safe and efficient building performances.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / LICENSES

• High School Diploma of GED Equivalent
• Posses and maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Benefits

• Salary: $17.20 per hour
• Full-Time 10am-7pm. Due to painting tasks job requires after hours schedule.
