About the role:

As an Engineer 1 - Mechanical you will perform a variety of engineering tasks to support fatigue aging management in nuclear power plants.

You will report to the Manager, Fatigue Aging Management for Reactor Component Engineering and be based out of our Burr Ridge, IL location. You will work a hybrid scenario at the manager's discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop expertise in the design, construction, operation, and decommissioning of nuclear power plants.
• Develop technical expertise in US and international nuclear markets.
• Work in teams to resolve critical issues improving the construction and operation of nuclear power plants.
• Develop a business relationship with Westinghouse customers

Qualifications:

• We require a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or other engineer related discipline.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. We estimate the base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon qualifications, to be 58,400 to 73,000 per year.
