Engineer I - Civil

Position OverviewThe Engineer I - Civil is an entry-level position for professional engineering work, focused on developing foundational knowledge and skills. This individual performs assignments that apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria across a sequence of related tasks. They apply basic judgment in the application of established methods and in selecting among basic engineering alternatives, while building technical capability within the discipline. The Engineer I - Civil reports to the Department Manager, and is expected to demonstrate an understanding of professional and ethical responsibilities and continues to grow in both knowledge and practical application.At Larson, how we work matters as much as what we deliver.
