    DescriptionMaintenance Engineer - HotelWe are looking for an Engineer at our Residence Inn and SHS Tulsa hotels.Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Maintenance Engineer, where your technical expertise and proactive approach will ensure our hotel remains a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained environment for guests and staff alike. We are committed to providing exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere, and your role is vital in supporting these goals.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systemsRespond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruptionTroubleshoot and repair equipment, appliances, and building systems to ensure optimal operationMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspectionsCoordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and servicesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies at all timesAssist in the planning and implementation of renovation and upgrade projectsMonitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, and reorder as necessarySkills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a maintenance engineer or technician, preferably in the hospitality industryStrong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systemsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficientlyExcellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detailGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and emergency call‑outs as neededRelevant certifications or licenses in maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC are preferredWe foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that values innovation and professional growth.
