What you'll do:Assist project managers with the preparation of engineering studies, design plans and specifications.Visit job sites to perform project tasks including, field tests, data gathering, field inspections, surveying and construction observation.Office work may include engineering design including AutoCAD drafting and specification development, data review and tabulation, data management and analysis, and preparation of technical reports.Expected to work on a variety of civil engineering projects at any given time as workload requires, but an emphasis will be placed primarily on wastewater related projects.Willing to travel as required.What you will bring:Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering with wastewater collection and treatment emphasisStrong AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting and design skillsProficiency in use of Microsoft excel for data analysisStrong written and verbal communication skillsEIT Certification is a plusConstruction experience is a plusEngineering Consulting industry is a plusKnowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteA positive attitude and willingness to continue learning as new tasks are assigned and new projects are undertakenValid driver's license requiredSalary Range: $72,000 - $78,000 based on education.Overview:At Weston & Sampson, you'll work alongside more than 1,000 employee-owners who are passionate about improving our communities.
