  • Share lessons learned, troubleshooting findings, and technical resolutions with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service delivery and proactive communication.
  • Promote ASM spare parts offerings and identify opportunities for future business growth.
  • Follow ASM safety procedures and exercise stop-work authority when unsafe conditions exist.
  • Work in semiconductor cleanroom environments while adhering to required PPE and safety protocols.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer operations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent military technical training.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting OEM semiconductor capital equipment in either field service or manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to obtain Level 3 certification through ASM's Global Training Center (GTC).
  • Knowledge of wafer fabrication environments and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
  • Experience troubleshooting gas delivery systems, vacuum systems, RF plasma systems, and semiconductor equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and gas schematics.
  • Knowledge of robotics, microprocessor-based controllers, and basic software concepts.
  • Strong troubleshooting and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of hand tools, oscilloscopes, and digital volt meters (DVMs).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and effectively in team environments.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work in semiconductor cleanroom environments and travel up to 25-75% as business needs require.

What Sets You Apart

  • Experience supporting ASM semiconductor toolsets.
  • Advanced knowledge of closed-loop gas and vacuum control systems.
  • Experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies to complex equipment issues.
  • Proven ability to develop and present technical action plans to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong customer-facing experience within semiconductor manufacturing environments.
  • Experience maintaining detailed service documentation and technical reports.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to proactively identify and resolve customer challenges.
