POSITION OBJECTIVE: To maintain the repair and safety of the facility to ensure quality and an exceptional experience for guests. Oversees maintenance of Casino buildings and grounds. Hands on work including plumbing, electrical repair, carpentry, and general cleaning.

Five years of experience in all aspects of building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical repair, carpentry and servicing kitchen, HVAC equipment and hot water boilers.
Provide a Driving Abstract
Must have a valid Driver License and Driver’s abstract must not contain any disqualifying events per the NRWC Safe Driver Policy.
Ability to follow through with tasks in a timely manner
Ability to work in a team environment
Some administrative ability including record keeping
Ability to work without direct supervision
Possess excellent decision-making skills

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
Understands the operation of the Casino physical systems; hot water boilers, HVAC, elevators, septic, plumbing, electrical systems, etc., to repair or improve them and/or to assist external vendors in diagnosing problems
Reports to Engineer Supervisor/Facilities Manager/Assistant Facilities Manager regarding any issues or problems that arise on assigned shift
Make suggestions for improvements to procedures and products used in the Facilities Department
Maintaining, repairing, and assembling kitchen equipment
