Description
Position Summary: Maintains building by independently making high level and complex repairs. Also, by performing preventative maintenance tasks/projects throughout the casino in more than one trade discipline that may include but not be limited to landscaping, carpentry, painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and kitchen equipment. Assists in training lower level engineers and those with different skill sets.

Essential Job Functions:
Repair and maintain HVAC systems
Replace damaged ceiling tiles, floor tiles, and wall coverings
Maintain sidewalks in inclement weather as needed
Patch, repair, and paint designated areas as needed
Maintain a neat and orderly appearance always
Perform preventative maintenance to equipment on a scheduled basis
Responsible for inventory
Maintains an inventory of parts and materials
Handle routine calls, prioritized by leadership and guest service needs
Keep parking lots and exterior trash receptacles and adjacent areas in a sanitary manner
