We’re looking for a spirited Engineer Maintenance Tech who thrives on fixing, maintaining, and improving our hotel’s vibe — both behind the scenes and throughout the property. If you’re a hands-on problem solver who loves keeping things running smoothly so our guests can relax and enjoy the beach life, this gig is for you!
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on hotel equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and more
- Diagnose issues and implement practical solutions quickly to minimize downtime
- Keep common areas and guest facilities in tip-top shape to ensure a welcoming environment
- Work closely with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to coordinate repairs and improvements
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and provide status updates to management
- Help with setup, installation, and projects that keep our resort shining and efficient
Requirements
- Previous maintenance or engineering experience in hospitality or related industries a plus
- Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, because the beach waits for no one!
- High school diploma or equivalent
