Description:
Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a 14 month contract.

Medical device or other highly regulated industry experience is preferred.

This role supports a fast-growing production and operations environment, providing hands-on engineering support for daily production needs and integration activities. Responsibilities include updating tooling and equipment drawings in SolidWorks, managing process flows, assisting with equipment modifications, and performing documentation, validation, and potential remediation work to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.

Provides engineering support to a manufacturing process, project or function.

Evaluates manufacturing outcomes and implements continuous improvements and cost efficiencies.

Supports NPI and new equipment/process introductions.

This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.

Roles typically require a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience.

Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline.

The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience.
