Skill: Cyara IVR Test Automation Engineer
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in contact center related technologies and experience in testing any IVR platform (manual / Cyara). Good understanding of below contact center concepts:
IVR, Bots, Routing, CTI, Agent Desktop, Dialers, WFM. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts for the IVR system. Verify and validate performance and reliability of the IVR system. Good understanding of Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC). Work closely with the development team to ensure defects are closed timely manner. Good understanding of Cyara Velocity, Cruncher and Pulse modules. Develop and document test plans. Ensure world class customer experience
Salary Range - $115,000-$118,000 a year
