    • You have familiarity with Agile PLM and MCAD, or are comfortable learning new technical systems.
    • You communicate clearly in writing, in conversation, and when presenting to others.
    • You are organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable solving problems.
    • You enjoy collaborating with a team while also being able to work independently.
    • You are comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • You can manage deadlines, balance multiple priorities, and stay focused on business needs.
    • You are able to research, coordinate, and resolve issues with a thoughtful and practical approach.
    • You bring confidence, professionalism, curiosity, and a positive attitude to your work.
    • You’re comfortable working with people across different teams, functions, and backgrounds.

    What Will Help You Succeed

You’ll be most successful in this role if you’re comfortable sharing ideas and information in a variety of settings, from one-on-one conversations to group discussions with internal teams and external partners. You know how to focus on what matters most, prioritize critical tasks, remove roadblocks, and use your time effectively.
