Your Opportunity as the Plant Engineer
The plant engineer is responsible and accountable for managing the plant's capital budget, leading capital projects, overseeing the maintenance of plant buildings and facilities, and leading the plant Technical Support Organization (TSO) which consists of the Plant Facilities Group, the Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) group, and Plant Information Systems (IS). There are 8 direct reports which include a combination of Power & Controls Engineers, Project Engineers, and Systems Analyst. This person should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to interface across disciplines and at all levels.
Location: Longmont, CO
Work Arrangements: Monday-Friday, day shift, with flexibility to support operations during occasional evenings, nights, or weekends, based on operational and business needs.
