Job Title: Engineer Product II – Product Systems Integration ArchitectureJob DescriptionThe Engineer Product II – Product Systems Integration Architecture role focuses on designing, testing, and analyzing product and manufacturing systems for projects of moderate scope or for significant sub‑systems within larger, diverse initiatives. You work in a collaborative team environment to develop and refine engineering solutions, participate in design reviews, and help drive continuous improvement in manufacturing and materials processes. You may coordinate and review portions of work completed by support personnel while making sound engineering decisions within established guidelines.ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and perform product design, testing, and analysis activities for complete projects of moderate scope or for major sub‑systems within larger projects.Contribute to the analysis of information and the specification of methods, process steps, plant machinery, and equipment required to design and continuously improve manufacturing and materials processes and systems.Support the development and implementation of feasibility testing for proposed engineering solutions to provide feedback and data that validate design decisions.Assist in drafting engineering standards and specifications within your discipline and evaluate their effectiveness to inform engineering work across the organization and its suppliers, contractors, and consultants.Carry out inspections under the supervision of senior colleagues to assess the quality of engineering work and the integrity of existing installations or structures, and recommend remedial actions to ensure conformance with specifications and regulatory requirements.Identify shortcomings and opportunities for improvement in existing processes, systems, and procedures, and apply established change‑management programs to address them.Deliver small‑to‑medium‑scale engineering projects while working within an established program or project management plan, ensuring alignment with scope, quality, and schedule expectations.Create and maintain detailed and accurate technical and user documentation, ensuring that documentation is up to date and that files are backed up to enable rapid recovery if issues occur.Work collaboratively with cross‑functional and cross‑organizational teams to ensure that internal and external stakeholders receive cohesive and seamless technical support.Participate in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching to enhance your capabilities and, where relevant, gain or maintain professional accreditation.Maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of relevant
