Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is looking to add a Field Facing Integrator to join our team at the Grand Sky UAS Business and Aviation Park in Emerado, ND. This position will be in our Systems Engineering Organization.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Troubleshoot systems to resolve complex issues, interact and coordinate with responsible Subsystems engineers responsible for sustaining subsystems

Serve as an interface between the Operations & engineering organization

Ensure overall System performance is met and maintained thru the lower level functions/subsystems

Perform troubleshooting, document issues and coordinate field replacements/upgrades of any impacted parts

Contribute to improvement of processes, design and future sustainment efforts

Must be a self-directed technical performer with strong communication skills, demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary technical trades, and ability to develop & execute to a strategy

Research, design, development, integration, and test of a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including RF datalinks, SATCOM and Communications Networks.

Maintaining complex RF communications architectures, systems; circuitry components; analog and digital computers.

Perform analysis on Field Facing Integration issues

Generate technical solutions

Fleet operation troubleshooting

Analysis of anomaly investigations

Provide technical recommendations to the SPO

Hybrid: The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site at our facility. Once established in role, the position could potentially offer a hybrid work environment. Scheduled telework days are approved at managers discretion.

This position requires the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

This position can be filled at either the Systems Engineer level or the Principal Systems Engineer level, depending upon the qualifications below.

Basic Qualifications:

Systems Engineer T02: Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline and 2 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 0 years of related engineering experience.

Principal Systems Engineer T03: Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline and 5 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of related engineering experience; OR a PhD in a STEM discipline and 1 year of related engineering experience.

Must have an interim Secret clearance or higher to be considered and ability to obtain and maintain final DoD Secret Clearance prior to start.

Must have ability to obtain and maintain Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

An active DoD Top Secret Clearance.

Experience with RQ-4 air vehicle, ground segment, sensor payloads, and support equipment.

Experience supporting Fielded Aircraft Systems.

Experience with Line of Sight and Beyond Line-of-Sight communications.

Experience with Networking.

Experience with USAF customers.
