Summary:
- Performs technical integration and ownership of tools, processes, risk management systems, and visibility enhancements (dashboards).
- Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), and risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, and program initiatives.
- Collects, analyzes and validates engineering performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs.
- Collaborates with managers, engineers, manufacturing, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Improves business systems and implements best practices that support project decision makers.
- Guides training and provides subject matter expertise in utilization of processes, tools and integration of engineering designs.
- Assists with plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control.
- Acts as primary contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
- Understands engineering change processes.
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
- Associate's degree or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in customer support.
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
