The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role at a similar size property, and full availability including weekends and holidays.

Shift Pattern: Full availability needed for this role including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Range: $31.34 - $41.79 / hour

What will I be doing?

As an Engineer, you would be responsible for assisting engineers and training egineers/trade mechanics to learn to maintain the physical functionality of the facility including guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Performing a variety of repair and maintenance and cleaning tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, HVAC and masonry.
• Inspecting guestrooms, public space and heart-of-the-house for needed and preventive maintenance.
• Maintaining detailed record-keeping of all work orders and completed assignments. Performs additional office-related work (i.e. receives deliveries, runs errands for parts, etc.).
