Pay Rate: $70-75 Per Hour
Shifts: First:6am-3pm / 9am-6pm
Hybrid, Min 3 days onsite: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays must be on-site
- Performs basic structural analysis using well defined analysis tools to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performance
- Supports test execution and analyzes/reports test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications
- Defines and documents certification and test results to substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfied. Supports in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements
- Philadelphia Design Center (PDC) supports aerospace programs throughout the enterprise including: 787, Airforce-1, Autonomous Systems, F-18, Space Launch Systems, Starliner, etc.
- PDC stress analysts provide substantiation for critical programs
- Experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master)
- In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard
