The role involves preparing reports, organizing logs, scheduling maintenance and contractors, and tracking project progress.
They provide administrative support to the engineering team, facilitate communication across departments, and assist with onboarding and training records.
Qualifications include prior administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel work order systems, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
The position requires physical mobility, excellent communication, and the flexibility to perform tasks inside and outside as needed.
