  • Participate in executive design reviews, project risk assessments, and constructability evaluations
  • Advise on change management, claims support, and technical dispute resolution
  • Support projects during critical phases, including pursuit, design development, construction, and closeout

Strategic & Business Advisory Support

  • Partner with executive leadership to shape long-term engineering strategy and technical capability development
  • Support business development and pursuit strategy with senior-level technical insight
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, delivery models, and industry trends for strategic adoption
  • Collaborate with Operations, Safety, Quality, Project Controls, Supply Chain, and Finance leaders to align technical strategy with business objectives

Mentorship, Influence & Industry Leadership

  • Provide mentorship and coaching to senior engineers and technical leaders
  • Influence engineering culture through knowledge sharing, technical guidance, and leadership by example
  • Represent the organization in high-level technical forums, industry committees, and client engagements
  • Serve as a trusted technical voice with clients, regulators, and industry partners

Travel Requirements

  • Travel: Yes
  • Percent of Time: Up to 10–25%, based on enterprise and program needs
What You'll Bring:

  • Deep knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards (ANSI, ASTM, ACI, AISC, NEC, NESC, IEEE, IEC, etc.)
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities
  • Strong business acumen and ability to balance technical rigor with commercial realities
