The Engineering Aid supports supply chain and manufacturing operations, working closely with engineers, buyers, and quality teams to ensure efficient movement of materials and components throughout production.

Key responsibilities include tracking IGT parts across the supply chain, assisting with vendor coordination and purchase orders, preparing technical documentation, maintaining BOMs and routing data in ERP systems, interfacing with outside vendors, monitoring shipments, ensuring compliance with AS9100/NADCAP standards, identifying supply chain risks, supporting engineering change control, and providing general engineering support.

Required qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and attention to detail. Preferred experience in aerospace, familiarity with quality systems, process flow understanding, and CAD or inspection software are advantageous.
