Our client is seeking someone with a strong background in automation engineering development, Capitol Projects, facilities engineering/maintenance, and machinery maintenance. Responsibilities:

• Strong background in automation (PLC programming, HMI development, and a strong automation project management background.)
• \n
• Manage preventative maintenance program and drive new effective preventative maintenance practices.
• \n
• Equipment utilization management for both machinery and facilities equipment.
• \n
• Manage all maintenance schedules per company specification.
• \n
• Manage entire departmental budget for both maintenance and engineering groups.
• \n

Qualifications:

\n

• \n
• 5 (+) year's of experience in maintenance or engineering leadership within a true manufacturing environment.
• \n
• Bachelors Degree in engineering or related field.
• \n
• 2 (+) years managing departmental budgets.
• \n
• Previous manufacturing experience is required for this role.
• \n
