The company develops and delivers products that support critical infrastructure, construction projects, and industrial operations across North America.Job DescriptionLead daily operations of engineering and maintenance teams, including preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Drive reductions in equipment downtime and maintenance-related costs. Determine appropriate staffing levels, skill development, and technical training programs. Take a hands-on leadership approach with equipment troubleshooting and repairs as needed. Champion process improvements and support implementation of new manufacturing processes. Manage and develop a team of engineers and technical professionals, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Foster a high-performance culture with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Develop and execute engineering strategies that support plant and organizational goals. Identify and implement innovative technical solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
