Qualifications
Submarine Weapons Officer or similar experience
BS and 5-7 years' experience, MS and 3-5 years' experience, PhD and 0-2 years' experience
Advanced knowledge of networks and other electronic interfaces.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop options and recommendations.
Advanced knowledge of USW platform and environmental requirements.
Knowledge of systems engineering practices and procedures as they pertain to sustainment, modification, logistics, and production management principles, concepts, policies, and systems and of standard acquisition, regulations, practices, and procedures.
Skills in communicating both orally and in writing.
Advanced ability to conduct tests independently and verify system requirements.
Advanced ability to apply advanced engineering knowledge of the principles, techniques, and practices of electronics engineering, pertaining to electronic circuits, circuit elements, equipment, and systems.
Advanced knowledge of Combat Control Systems operation, function, design, and architecture.
Advanced knowledge of Non-Propulsion Electronics Subsystems, both with respect to operation, function, design, and architecture.

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
