JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
Desired Qualifications
 
  • 10–15 years of experience as an Engineering Assistant or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred)
  • Experience supporting engineering management teams
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Assist in creating, organizing, and maintaining project documentation (plans, schedules, budgets, reports)
  • Ensure all engineering documents are accurate, updated, and easily accessible
  • Support communication between project teams, stakeholders, and contractors
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and status updates
  • Schedule meetings, site visits, and project-related events
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project milestones
  • Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses
  • Support preparation of financial reports and forecasts
  • Collect and analyze project data to identify trends and improvement areas
  • Prepare summary reports with insights and recommendations
 
Required Skills & Expertise
 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with project management tools/software
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Basic understanding of engineering processes and activities
  • Ability to build relationships with plant staff, engineering teams, and vendors
