Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an ABET-accredited engineering program; internships are preferred. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation/InRoads, and MS Office is advantageous. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
