Job Summary
The Engineering Career Hub Advisor - Campos Student Center & Lattice Scholars Program in the College of Engineering & Applied Science (CEAS) will lead efforts to coordinate and develop career support, engage students in career advising and programs, and develop meaningful connections with students, staff, and faculty affiliated with the Campos Student Center and Lattice Scholars program.
This position provides individualized, Engineering-focused career advising through appointments and drop-ins with BOLD Scholars in the Campos Student Center (CSC) and Lattice Scholars. Appointments will focus on career exploration and goal setting, professional development planning (i.e. conference attendance, internship and full-time job attainment, and graduate/professional school), and building and sustaining professional networks. Finally, this position creates and facilitates engaging presentations and workshops on relevant and timely Engineering-focused career topics for Campos Student Center student societies and the broader BOLD and Lattice Scholars communities.

The position is a temporary, 100% appointment, starting in August 2026 and runs through Fall and Spring semesters. The position may work in a hybrid modality with most working hours between 8:00am - 5:00pm, with occasional night hours for events.

The hire rate for this position is $27.00-$29.00 per hour.
