SUMMARY
The Engineering CO-OP supports the Engineering group through a combination of data collection, data analysis, production support, improvement projects, and capital project work. This position may include time studies, CAD work, analysis of general production metrics, and daily support of the Engineering group.
The person in this role will have the opportunity to learn about various production lines processes at the Sartori Whey location and may also support other facilities in the Plymouth area. This position is targeted to start in late May/early June 2027 and conclude in December 2027. This position works full time, Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, with flexible starting/ending times.

WORK LOCATION
This position is an onsite role based at Sartoris Whey facility in Plymouth, Wisconsin. Regular onsite presence is required to support engineering projects, manufacturing operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Occasional Travel (up to 10%) - Limited travel for training, meetings, project support, or visits to other Sartori facilities.
