Reviews subdivision construction plans, work to perform on county highways permit plans and applications, grading permit plans and applications, and drainage reports for accuracy, completeness, and conformance with ordinances, standards and policies; obtains and compiles comments from other governmental agencies for final review by civil engineers; and performs other related duties as required.
Distinguishing Characteristics:
This class differs from the class Subdivision Clerk in that the Engineering Construction Clerk reviews subdivision construction plans, work to perform on county highways permit plans and applications, grading permit plans and applications, and drainage reports for conformance to subdivision and grading ordinances; whereas the Subdivision Clerk is responsible for the review, coordination, and processing of subdivision maps and documents for conformance to subdivision ordinances.Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
