Our Team, Your Impact


This role offers a rare blend of global technical leadership, regional influence, and direct partnership with site operations. As a key member of the North America Cluster Leadership Team, you’ll shape strategy across multiple manufacturing sites while driving innovation, standardization, and reliability improvements across Teva’s global network. With strong cross‑functional visibility and exposure to senior leadership, this position provides a clear path toward Senior Director MTS or Site SLT roles.


How You’ll Spend Your Day


+ Act as Global SME for OSD manufacturing and Engineering BP for the NA & LATAM regions.

+ Covering NA sites - Davie, SLC W & E, Adeno, Edison, Fairfield, Cincinnati, Canada and LATAM sites - Guadalajara, Maipu, Munro.

+ Participate as an active member of the NA Cluster Leadership Team, contributing to business strategy, investment prioritization, and performance governance Lead engineering interface with global and local stakeholders (MS&T, R&D, EHS&S, Finance, OPEX, Procurement, GNPS, GEXT)

+ Drive standardization, compliance gap closure (CAPA), and reliability improvements across sites Provide expertise in equipment, facility, and process design, including technology selection and industry best practices

+ Own and support CAPEX processes (LRP, AOP, prioritization, performance tracking, KPIs)

+ Manage PRODEX budgets (Energy, Maintenance, Consumables) and ensure cost efficiency

+ Lead GMI initiatives including cost-saving programs and execution oversight

+ Build and strengthen a global engineering community, supporting knowledge sharing and capability development

+ Translate strategic objectives into executable plans across sites and functions


Your Skills and Experience


+ Senior Engineering Leaders with strong OSD expertise.

+ Site Engineering or MS&T Heads from OSD manufacturing sites.

+ Global MS&T or Engineering SMEs with multi-site exposure.

+ Candidates with demonstrated experience in matrix leadership and cross-functional influence

+ BSc degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Industrial)

+ Minimum 10 years’ experience in OSD manufacturing technologies

+ Strong end-to-end understanding of sterile production processes and GxP requirements

+ Proven experience in global, complex, multi-site environments

+ Solid background in equipment reliability and OPEX principles

+ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority

+ Experience in large, multi-level organizational structures

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, including engagement with senior leadership

+ Fluent in English


Salary Range


The annual starting salary for this position is between $160,000 – $208,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
