Starting Salary: $24.07-$26.34 (depending on experience)

About this Position
The Engineering Inspector I inspects plans, workmanship, and materials involved in the construction, installation, and repair of streets, sidewalks, water and sanitary sewer lines, and other facilities. Their goal is to secure compliance with specifications, City ordinances, and regulations governing public works facilities. This positions work schedule is four (4) 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday.
The Engineering Department operates as a team, with each member helping the others in their work. The goal is to help each other and make this a great place to work!
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
2 years of related experience and/or training
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
7 to 11 months of management experience
People and/or project management
Valid Oklahoma Drivers License and a driving record acceptable to the Citys insurance carrier
