Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Jellyfish or similar engineering intelligence platforms; SDLC tools integration with GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jira; Agile delivery metrics; software engineering lifecycle; reporting dashboards and analytics frameworks; stakeholder management; AI/ML DLC and observability preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead onboarding, configuration, and operationalization of Jellyfish; provide delivery lifecycle and work orchestration visibility; enable tracking of productivity, throughput, cycle time, bottlenecks; integrate with ADO, GitHub, and Jira; design dashboards for leadership and delivery governance; collaborate with AI DLC and App Ops/Observability teams; support tool ecosystem scaling.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Stakeholder management; direct work with product/engineering teams; high-pressure delivery readiness.

Salary Range: $142,000 -$150,000 year
