We are seeking an experienced Engineering Intelligence Lead with expertise in Jellyfish, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and engineering observability. The ideal candidate will own the implementation, configuration, and operational management of the Jellyfish Engineering Intelligence Platform, enabling visibility into software delivery performance, engineering productivity, and workflow efficiency across enterprise and AI initiatives.

This role requires a hands-on professional who can partner with engineering, product, and leadership teams to operationalize engineering metrics, delivery insights, and governance dashboards while driving continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.

Experience Required

  • 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Engineering Productivity, Delivery Excellence, or Engineering Intelligence.
  • 3+ years of experience with engineering intelligence, delivery observability, or software analytics platforms.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and administering Jellyfish or similar engineering intelligence platforms.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Jellyfish Engineering Intelligence Platform or comparable engineering analytics tools.
  • Experience integrating SDLC tools such as:
    • Azure DevOps (ADO)
    • GitHub Enterprise
    • Jira
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    • Agile and Scrum methodologies
    • Engineering productivity metrics
    • Delivery lifecycle analytics
  • Experience building engineering dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Experience working with engineering leadership to improve delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the implementation, configuration, and operational management of the Jellyfish Engineering Intelligence Platform.
  • Enable end-to-end visibility into engineering delivery lifecycle, development workflows, and engineering productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze key engineering metrics including:
    • Engineering productivity
    • Work throughput
    • Cycle time
    • Lead time
    • Delivery efficiency
    • Delivery bottlenecks
  • Integrate Jellyfish with enterprise SDLC tools including Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and Jira.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and executive reports for engineering leadership and delivery governance.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, AI Delivery Lifecycle (AI DLC), and Application Operations teams to operationalize engineering insights.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve engineering effectiveness and delivery predictability.
  • Support onboarding of additional engineering tools into the observability ecosystem.
  • Define governance standards and best practices for engineering intelligence and delivery analytics.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure platform reliability, adoption, and ongoing optimization.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting AI/ML development lifecycle (AI DLC).
  • Exposure to observability platforms such as Azure Monitor, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, or New Relic.
  • Knowledge of engineering productivity frameworks including:
    • DORA Metrics
    • SPACE Framework
    • Flow Metrics
  • Experience working in cloud environments, particularly Client Azure.
  • Familiarity with enterprise DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working in large-scale Agile enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience leading engineering analytics or delivery excellence initiatives
