The The Durham Manufacturing Company is seeking a motivated Engineering Intern to support our manufacturing and operations teams. This internship is a great opportunity for a student pursuing a degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with process documentation and work instructions
- Support continuous improvement and manufacturing projects
- Help update training materials and production documentation
- Observe and assist with troubleshooting production processes
- Participate in cross-functional projects with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Safety
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Engineering degree
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Interest in manufacturing and process improvement
