Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Engineering Intern to support our Engineering team with technical documentation, process improvement, and product-related initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to how engineering supports manufacturing in a real-world production environment.
This is not a passive internship. You will be working on projects that directly impact how our products are built, documented, and delivered.
Internship Details
- Duration: Summer 2026
- Schedule: Approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Location: On-site in Youngstown, OH
- Job Type: Seasonal (Temporary), Part-time
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Assist in preparing and refining vendor documentation for parts and components
- Organize and maintain engineering files, prints, and technical data
- Support development and improvement of process documentation for manufacturing
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to validate data and requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation
- Assist with engineering-related tasks tied to product updates or modifications
- Gain exposure to how engineering designs translate into production processes on the floor

- Familiarity with CAD software is preferred
