JOB DESCRIPTION

Must Have:
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, understand tolerances, and perform mechanical inspections.
• Ability to work directly on machines, prototypes, test setups, and production-level hardware.
• Ability to work independently in a lab environment while partnering closely with Mechanical Engineers
• Familiarity with the assembly, troubleshooting, and evaluation of motion and drive systems, including rotary and linear bearings, ball screws, chains, belts, gear reducers, servo motors, and stepper motors.
• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant hands-on technical experience.
• Proficiency with standard business computer applications, including Client Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams), email communication, electronic documentation, and working within corporate IT systems.
• Strong hands-on experience assembling, troubleshooting, and evaluating complex mechanical and electromechanical systems
