Description
A dynamic opportunity exists for a Senior Infrastructure and Security Architect in a remote, full-time contract role. This position focuses on designing and implementing secure, scalable cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge high-level security requirements with practical engineering solutions, ensuring robustness and resilience within multi-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure multi-cloud infrastructure across major cloud platforms.
- Develop hybrid connectivity solutions linking on-premise and cloud systems.
- Establish scalable identity and access management hierarchies.
- Create disaster recovery topologies to eliminate single points of failure.
- Collaborate with teams to migrate legacy workloads to the cloud.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and design within large-scale enterprises.
- Hands-on production experience with at least two major cloud vendors.
- Strong background in traditional networking and cloud-native constructs.
- Advanced proficiency with automation toolsets.
- Proficiency in scripting languages and Unix/Linux operating systems.
