The Engineering/Maintenance Technician I Investigates building systems and documents operational data. Prepares recommendations for system improvements, maintenance programs and evaluations. Performs as technical leader on installations and upgrades to Facilities systems. This work is performed under the general supervision of the Engineering Project Manager and under the technical oversight of engineers.

Location: Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, MD 21236 Hours: Full time (40 hours), Day Shift, Weekdays

Requirements/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. • 5 years of related work experience. • Advanced current knowledge of seven specialties listed below, as well as the relevant local, state, federal, and regulatory stipulations and codes

Salary Range: Minimum $28.90/hour - Maximum $47.71/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
