Job Description
Clinical Ink is seeking an Engineering Manager to join our Engineering Team based across the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering all custom continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) study builds across mobile, backend, and data platforms. This role serves as the single point of accountability for study execution - owning the schedule, staffing, technical execution, and delivery quality from requirements definition through study release. This role manages cross‑functional, matrixed teams comprised of mobile engineers, backend engineers, data engineers, and business analysts who work directly with customers to define and refine study requirements. The Engineering Manager must bring strong technical credibility, exceptional project and resource management discipline, and the ability to translate customer requirements into executable engineering plans.
