The successful applicant will have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar discipline. A master's degree in Electrical Engineering with RF focus is preferred. They should have 10+ years of engineering experience in relevant industry. Extensive experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated environments is required. Strong background in RF passive component design and simulation is necessary. Proven people leadership experience within an engineering function is essential. Commercial awareness and ability to engage directly with customers are required. Eligibility to access export-controlled technical information is needed.
