- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 7+ years in aluminum extrusion or process manufacturing
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and driving plant performance
- Strong knowledge of extrusion processes, equipment, and finishing operations
- Experience with PLCs, AutoCAD, and manufacturing data systems
- Background in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost reduction
