Description

Profile

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in chemical or process engineering within a regulated manufacturing environment, alongside proven leadership experience. You are a hands-on technical leader who excels in driving operational improvements, solving complex process issues, and developing high-performing teams.

  • B.S. in Chemical Engineering (or related) with 8+ years' experience.
  • 3+ years' leadership experience managing engineering teams.
  • Strong expertise in process optimization, RCA, and continuous improvement.
