What you'll do

• Provide hands-on technical leadership building scalable cloud applications across Azure and AWS
• Lead by example through architecture guidance, design reviews, and coaching engineers on complex technical problems
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and direct technical coaching
• Help lead and grow the engineering team across onshore and offshore members
• Partner with Product, QA, Architecture, Security, and DevOps to deliver integrated solutions
• Raise the engineering standard through SOLID principles, clean code, modern architecture patterns, and observability
• Support planning and execution across multiple product initiatives running in parallel
• Other duties as assigned

What you bring

• 7+ years in software engineering
• A track record of mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives
• Depth in cloud-native architecture and modern application development
• Real interest in technical leadership and in building a strong engineering team
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Curiosity about emerging technology. Generative AI experience is a plus as the team expands AI-enabled capabilities in the platform
