Engineering Manager

Location: Clover, South Carolina

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions
  • Develop and execute engineering strategies to drive business growth and meet customer requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Provide technical leadership for major growth projects
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for manufacturing process, equipment capability, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in developing technology-related business strategy and new technologies
  • Serve as a primary technical resource for the SBU management

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

10+ years of experience in support of manufacturing and industrial environments

Ability to prioritize Engineering capabilities to maximize impact to business imperatives

Mechanical Integrity knowledge in support of PSM factory processes and equipment
