The organization continues to invest in engineering capabilities, manufacturing technologies, and workforce development, making this an attractive opportunity for an experienced engineering leader looking to make a lasting impact.Job DescriptionLead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technical professionals.Manage engineering resources and priorities to support customer requirements, product development, and production objectives.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.Develop and implement manufacturing processes, work instructions, engineering changes, and production methodologies.Review customer specifications and product designs to ensure manufacturability and operational effectiveness.Partner with manufacturing, quality, tooling, and commercial teams to solve complex technical challenges.Oversee tooling development, optimization, and performance improvement initiatives.Lead engineering projects from concept through implementation, ensuring delivery against timelines, budgets, and objectives.Support new product introduction activities, including technical evaluations, feasibility reviews, and process development.Analyze manufacturing performance and identify opportunities for automation, waste reduction, and operational excellence.Support quality initiatives including validation activities, corrective actions, process capability improvements, and compliance requirements.Provide technical guidance to internal teams and customers while supporting business development efforts.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
