Job Description
Director-level Engineering and Operations leadership role within an energy, oil & gas, midstream, chemical, or industrial company.
The role combines three distinct functions:
Engineering Leadership (primary responsibility)
Build and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Oversee electrical, instrumentation, process, structural, mechanical, fire & gas, and other engineering disciplines.
Develop technical capabilities and performance of engineers.
Support asset teams and project execution.
Project Development & Asset Support
Assist project managers and asset teams with project scoping and development.
Create standardized project-development and execution processes.
Provide engineering services across the organization.
Business Operations / Financial Reporting
Coordinate monthly management meetings and executive reporting.
Manage internal financial reporting distribution and review.
Prepare operating expense and AFE accruals.
Participate in open-book management processes.
