Job Duties & Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and develop the engineering team while driving accountability, performance, and alignment with company goals
* Provide hands-on technical leadership across fabrication, welding, stamping, automation, and finishing operations
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, cost reduction) to increase efficiency and reduce waste
* Manage engineering projects, capital equipment implementation, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple sites
Required Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor"s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)
* 5-10+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment with prior leadership responsibility
* Strong expertise in troubleshooting, process optimization, and production support within industrial settings
* Experience with automation, robotics, and continuous improvement methodologies
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Background in metal fabrication, stamping, or welding processes
* Experience with EOS frameworks and/or Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt a plus)
Compensation:
$130,000 - $150,000 + comprehensive benefits package
