- Lead and manage the engineering team to achieve project goals and objectives.

Required Profile

- Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an engineering or manufacturing setting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Per ITAR Compliance must be a U.S. Citizen.
