Additional Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree
  • 10-15 years of experience with team leadership
  • Strong technical experience and knowledge within a production setting
  • Experience in defining and rolling out novel production processes and concepts, including industrialization
  • Knowledge of how to generate and roll-out new procedures and process flows within the engineering context
  • Experience with working in ERP systems
  • Experience with working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
