Description

The Engineering Manager will report directly to the Vice President and be responsible for:

  • Lead and manage engineering resources across multiple projects.
  • Provide oversight of technical strategy, engineering execution, and project delivery.
  • Ensure engineering solutions meet operational, performance, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to communicate project objectives and progress.
  • Hold Project Engineers and Project Managers accountable for achieving key milestones and deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that support long-term operational excellence.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop engineering talent through regular feedback and performance management.
  • Resolve technical, operational, and customer-related challenges.
  • Establish and track performance metrics to measure departmental effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Foster a culture focused on accountability, innovation, collaboration, and employee development.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or another technical discipline.
  • 8+ years of leadership experience within a process engineering, sanitary process, or related technical environment.
  • Strong background in the design of sanitary fluid processing systems.
  • Demonstrated analytical approach to decision‑making, including the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Proven track record of aligning stakeholders with competing priorities toward a unified direction.
  • Well‑developed project management capability including budget, schedule, quality, and risk control.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable stepping into new responsibilities as business needs evolve.
  • Familiarity with GMP, FDA, and ISO compliance expectations.
